S&P Global Ratings assigns rating for the first time to Banca Sella

S&P Global Ratings agency has, for the first time, assessed the creditworthiness of Banca Sella, assigning an investment grade rating of BBB-/A-3 for long-term and short-term respectively, with a stable outlook, in line with the ratings already assigned to the parent company Banca Sella Holding.

S&P Global Ratings’ assessment recognizes Banca Sella’s pivotal role within the strategies of the parent company Banca Sella Holding and its full operational integration within Sella group, highlighting its importance as the primary distribution channel for the group's product suite.
